Basically, EasyHear model is either body-worn hearing device or wireless hearing aid. The following tips are helpful to extend the lifespan of hearing aid.

Body-Worn Hearing Device

  • Always handle with care. Avoid dropping the hearing aid.
  • Take care of the earphone. Do not twist or pull the wire.
  • Always sanitize the earbuds to keep them clean.
  • Gently slide the power button to turn ON or OFF the device. Do not press hard on the button.

Wireless Hearing Aid

  • Always handle with care. Avoid dropping the hearing aid.
  • Keep hearing aid dry. To avoid moisture, always store hearing aid in drying jar or electronic dryer after use.
  • Open the battery door to turn off the hearing aid when not in use.
  • Replace dead battery immediately.
